Yes. Every purchase made through Tani checkout is covered by Buyer Protection — your payment stays in escrow until you confirm receipt, so you're never paying a stranger directly.

Open ‘Report a problem’ on your order within the inspection window. For ‘not as described’ we may ask for photos or a short unboxing video. While a report is open the money stays in escrow until our team reviews it — the seller isn't paid.

Tracked Aramex delivery is a flat AED 17, usually 2–3 business days, with an OTP code on arrival so delivery is proven.

Your payout is released after the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically once the inspection window closes without a claim. Payouts require a verified seller account.

To sell and receive payouts you verify once with your Emirates ID through a licensed provider. We only store the result (verified yes/no) and a token — never your ID document.

Open Orders, print the Aramex label and hand the parcel to the courier within 3 days. If you don't ship in time the order auto-cancels and the buyer is refunded.

Money in escrow until you confirm, tracked delivery with an OTP on arrival, verified sellers, and a clear dispute process with evidence. Both sides are protected.

Buyer Protection only covers payments made through Tani checkout. Deals arranged off-platform — cash, bank transfer or paying a seller directly — aren't protected. If someone asks to deal outside the app, please report it.
